We are looking for an office assistant to join our team today working with our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a full day childcare and preschool environment!

Qualifications :

• Minimum high school diploma
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong teamwork mentality
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized
• Ability to multi-task, take iniative, and work independently
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Experience in an office setting, with a working knowledge of basic computer systems

Essential Funchtions of the Position :

• Answering the phone and directing calls
• Taking and relaying messages
• Greeting families upon arrival
• Managing office calendar
• Providing support to the Director, Assistant Director, and Franchisee
• Providing support to the teachers in the classroom, as necessary
• Other tasks, as needed, to support the school
