```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning and development.
- Hire, train, and supervise teaching staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain open communication with parents, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- Manage administrative tasks such as curriculum implementation, faculty development/training/coaching, budgeting, enrollment, and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance the preschool program.

```Experience```
- Must have at least Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous extensive experience in a leadership role in a large preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, parents, and children.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with licensing regulations and requirements for preschool programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
