The Goal Family of Companies is Hiring a Program Administrator Near Sioux Falls, SD

The Servicing Operations Program Administrator will report to the Director, Lending Operations and will be responsible for providing support to our Launch Servicing primary servicing business in the areas of client onboarding and ongoing operational and systemic program change implementations into the servicing operations. Specifically, this individual will have responsibilities specific to the operational deployment of technology and operational process changes creating a best-in-class servicing supporting our team, our lender clients and borrowers. In addition, this position will support new client implementations (converting and new forward flow origination clients) and post-implementation client program changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding and implementation of new clients and their programs for both conversion of existing loans and new origination servicing forward flow;
  • Work closely with business development and legal teams during the new business development life cycle to ensure contractual servicing guidelines are well defined and required system modifications are documented and prioritized to ensure successful onboarding;
  • Work closely with client relationship management group to hand-off client interaction post-onboarding of a new client;
  • Engage and inform stakeholders throughout the organization on new programs added into the business to ensure preparedness for activities performed in those areas;
  • Work closely with technology and operations teams, defining new program requirements, testing, and formal written communication of changes in operational functionality for servicing, collections, customer service and other areas within the business;
  • Participate in the development of procedures, policies, and methods which impact servicing, collections, customer service, and other areas within the business;
  • Provide support for existing clients new programs ensuring that each new program has been properly vetted, reviewed, and communicated throughout the organization prior to deployment;
  • Ensure major areas of responsibilities are completed to compliance guidelines and standards.

Education & Other Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma or GED and equivalent number of years of experience;
  • 5 years’ experience in consumer loan servicing, customer/borrower service, servicing operations;
  • 2 years leadership experience in a servicing operations environment;
  • Self-motivated candidate that can work well both individually, with peers, across multiple locations and in a team setting;
  • Demonstrated knowledge skills in the areas of technology supporting operational processes, reporting, and debugging skills in the development lifecycle;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Demonstrated experience to collaborate with all levels of the organization and externally with clients;
  • Ability to solve problems independently, quickly, completely, and communicate clearly to all involved parties;
  • Possesses basic trouble shooting and resolution skills.
