Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Camp Leader to join our team. As a Camp Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and engaging with children in a camp setting. This is a paid position that offers valuable experience working with children and the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for camp participants
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times
- Provide guidance and support to campers during activities and outings
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all campers
- Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate daily schedules and routines
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and camper progress
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding camper's experiences and any concerns

Skills you will need (or we will train you!)

- Experience working with children in a tutoring, daycare, or classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
- Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
