This center is completely full and not accepting any additional enrollment students until Fall 2024.

Our Assistant Child Care Professionals are responsible for all aspects of the love, care, and education for the children enrolled in our program. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: supervision, positive communication & interaction with children, physical care-giving routines, developmental planning & assessment, following an age appropriate schedule & curriculum, and facilitation of supportive relationships with owners, administration, co-workers, parents, and most importantly the children. This position is Mon-Fri with 35 hours per week. At least a one year commitment of your time is necessary to provide continuity for the children and their families.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have at least a high school diploma/GED, be able to meet the physical and mental demands of the position, be drug-free, have reliable transportation, provide 3 character references, pass required background investigation mandated by the state of TN, and complete the necessary pre-employment as well as ongoing training each licensing year. Previous experience working with children in a professional group setting is preferred. Compensation is hourly and will be based on the amount of experience/formal education you have in the field.
