```Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide individualized support as needed
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies is a plus
