Overview:
We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and buffing
- Ensure that all areas are well-maintained and free from debris
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and report any issues
