Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of our heavy equipment, including walkie riders, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and stock pickers from brands like Crown, Komatsu, Raymond 8400, and Toyota.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on various types of heavy equipment.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize equipment downtime.

· Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment longevity.

· Collaborate with operational teams to ensure equipment availability and performance.

· Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machine histories.

· Always ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, particularly brands like Crown, Komatsu, Raymond, and Toyota.

· Strong mechanical and technical skills, with a good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· High School Diploma or equivalent; further technical training or certifications are a plus.
