Essential Functions

Under the direction of the supervisor:

• Processes purchase orders.
• Processes submittals.
• Process and updates utility locates.
• Administrative work as required by supervisor.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Reports toThis position reports to the Project Manager.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. 

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, hourly position

Usual hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Additional work outside normal hours may be required based on project requirements.

TravelThere is little to no travel expected for this position. 

Required Education and Experience

• Requires 2 years of construction office experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and customers of varying education and experience levels.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
