Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Technician to join our team. As a Medical Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to patients. This position requires knowledge of anatomy, experience in caregiving, and the ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Duties:
- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and collecting specimens
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the medical team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures

Skills:
- Proficiency in using Cerner or similar electronic medical record systems
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care patients
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on senior care
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
