Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and acquiring high-quality leads. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies, building relationships with industry partners, and optimizing lead conversion rates to maximize revenue. The position is a 90 day contract with the possibility to move into a full time position with us! 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies.
  • Identify target markets and customer segments to optimize lead sourcing efforts.
  • Utilize various channels (digital marketing, direct outreach, partnerships, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand visibility in the merchant cash advance space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, such as financial institutions, brokers, and referral sources, to create a reliable lead pipeline.
  • Analyze lead generation campaigns, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new lead sourcing opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide ongoing support to enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, preferences, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation and sourcing.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain successful partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify new lead sourcing opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple lead generation initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
