The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Everett, WA .

Details for the position are as follows :

Job Description :

• Pay based on experience!
• 12-month contract initially (potential to extend based on performance / budget) (Fully onsite M-F 8AM-5PM)
• Responsible for : Open / close store. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders. Process POS (point of sale) purchases. Handle returns of merchandise.

Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns. Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation.

Prepares and processes store orders for customers. Identifies and reports safety and housekeeping issues. Restock store when necessary.

Routinely cleans store. Reports all customer complaints to Store Manager. Follows all companies’ policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum High School Diploma / GED required.
• 4 years of retail sales experience.
