The Fountain Group is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Gurnee, IL
- Shift is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am-5pm. Also, Tuesday, and Thursday 2:30pm-10pm.
- Performs all daily Opening and Closing procedures correctly and independently.
- Schedules meetings and conference calls.
- Filing and maintaining medical records according to Client medical records policy.
- Performing accurate, legal, ethical documentation at all times.
- Front and back office support.
- Respond to emergencies.
- Regularly checks for adequate stock of forms and reorders, copies and stocks additional forms as needed to ensure an adequate supply is on hand at all times.
- Can assess nature of employee's question and promptly refer incoming calls to the correct staff member for resolution.
- Audit medical records and refer to appropriate staff member for action.
- First aid/CPR
