The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Beloit, WI.
Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description :
$40-$42 / HR to start!
12-month assignment (temp to hire)
Main responsibilities include :
Complete general maintenance work orders, perform PM and troubleshooting of equipment, and perform small carpentry and plumbing repairs.
Oversee small capital construction projects.
Shift : 8am-5pm M-F (some overtime required).
Qualifications :
HS Diploma or GED required (Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Steam Fitting, Sprinkler Fitting, or HVAC Certification is strongly preferred).
10 years of experience in trades / maintenance with 8 years of foreman / supervisory experience is required.
Industrial maintenance experience, specifically in food manufacturing, is strongly preferred.
Maintenance skills that also include Steam, Compressed Air, and Hydraulics is a plus.
