Assignment Type: 9-month contract

Schedule: 3^rd shift, Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Description:

• Maintaining, repairing, and installing packaging machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner within budgetary constraints.
• Ensure operation of mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance and aid in troubleshooting technical issues; demonstrated ability to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis and take action to fix issues.
• Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop equipment, troubleshoot and repair 480-volt 3 phase equipment.
• Manage self-directed projects from inception to completion; able to work in a team-based environment but can complete tasks on their own.
• Willing to work extended shift hours and weekend overtime, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.
• 3 years’ experience of industrial maintenance experience is required.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and experience with machine shop equipment is required.
• Basic welding and electrical skills is required.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD is highly desirable.
