This position is located in North Chicago, IL 60064. Details for the position are as follows :

Job Description :

• $18-$20 / hour to start!
• Coordinate and review required applications, financial documents, determine eligibility, and when appropriate, complete record documentation.
• Investigate patients without insurance coverage, with limited benefit coverage, who are underinsured or have high out of pocket prescription and or medical expenses.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College or a 2-year associate degree is preferred.
• High quality customer service, knowledge of online verification systems, or similar experience required.
• Experience within a healthcare provider, PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or Retail / Mail Order Pharmacy setting, Strong core insurance (Medical and Pharmacy Benefit) knowledge, is highly preferred!
