TFS-The Foundation Specialists, a leader in foundation, crawl space, & concrete repair, is looking for a Design Specialist Manager to join our growing team. You must have at least two years’ experience of leading & developing a proven sales team.

What You Would Do

• Drive to potential customers homes & conduct pre-set appointments
• Meet or exceeds sales goals
• Conduct inspections & write proposals for each customer which includes photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing list, & job worksheets
• Provide follow-up to customers by phone & re-visit the customer as needed

What We Need

• 1 years of Outside Sales or In Home Consultant experience is preferred
• 1 years in the residential, home inspection, or improvement industries is preferred
• Construction knowledge is preferred, but not required
• Able & comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a home
• Strong listening, closing, & follow-up skills
• A valid driver’s license & a safe driving record
• Proficient computer skills with tech & smart device know how
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
