Our client is a leader in the entertainment industry. They are looking for a Revenue Accounting Coordinator temp to hire. This is a hybrid role with great benefits and work environment.

Responsibilities

· Verification, batching, scanning and data entry of checks.

· Transfer deposits residing in bank lockbox and suspense account.

· Daily balancing of cash receipts.

· Reconcile mid-month and end of month of cash.

· Liaise with licensing departments to process account adjustments, payment refunds, and transfers.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Accounting.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in cash applications or accounts receivables.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines.
• Manage high volume workload.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial & accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Financial Force preferred.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
