- Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations to further professional development for attorneys
- Oversee attorney onboarding, orientations, and offboarding
- Coordinates professional development and training initiatives including firm-wide training, CLE programs, and external training
- Manage attorney evaluation processes
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of Professional Development experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in a professional services firm
- Knowledge of best practices in professional and career development
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Great Team
