Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Provide accurate information about our company, products, and services to callers and visitors

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members

- Assist with data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of receptionist duties is a plus

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines

- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- High school diploma or equivalent
