Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the primary role of the Billing Specialist will be invoicing locksmith &/or security system installation jobs to our national customers and billing the cost of labor/materials to our TFL locations or sub-contractors. Researching ad-hoc inquires & other office responsibilities may also be trained. The role’s location is hybrid – 4 days in office (Mon-Thurs) & one day Work from Home (Friday).

Qualifications:

Education

• Required – High school diploma
• Preferred – Business Administration undergraduate degree

Experience

• Preferred – 1-4 years' experience working in a billing or other financial departments

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Required – experience working with Microsoft Office software
• Required – proven ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and professional interpersonal interaction with colleagues and stakeholders
• Required – a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Preferred - billing experience with QuickBooks Online

Job Type – Full Time

Pay range - $18.00 - $20.00/hr – Depending on experience
