This individual is expected to accurately and effectively execute water hash production methods according to SOPs without deviation, ensure that both pre-production and post-production tasks are accomplished, keep highly accurate and detailed production records, and assist in any additional tasks assigned by management. Must be able to spend a prolonged period of time in cold temperatures (around 40 degrees), most of the time alone, and expect a physically demanding work day.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing, packaging, and handling of cannabis concentrates
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Executing daily tasks in order to hit production goals
• Working collaboratively with the lab team in adherence to quality-oriented SOPs
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, etc for extended periods of time to complete tasks
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a production role that required time management and high standards for quality control
• Experience with or knowledge of solventless production methods
• Ability to work in walk-in fridge/freezer for an 8hr shift
• Maintain an up-tempo physical workload
• Attention to detail

Starting Wage: $18/hr. The Flowery offers yearly (or performance based) evaluations per the company's discretion. All full-time employees automatically qualify for benefits (health, dental and/or vision), PTO & Paid Holidays after their probationary period; which is 30 days. Starting wages are determined by several factors including experience.
