Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Meeting with brides/clients for initial consultation to capture their vision of floral designs.

Understand and convey to client seasonality, availability, colors, and temperaments of flowers and greeneries.

Maintain a positive personality, upbeat demeanor, compassion and likability with customers.

Create an uplifting and encouraging atmosphere and experience for clients and team members.

Provide proposals in a timely manner to brides/clients.

Update proposals with edits/changes/requests by bride/client.

File and maintain paperwork both electronically and physically.

Answer email and phone questions about proposals/orders/consultations and schedule appointments.

Maintain kind and timely correspondence with clients.

Assist in warehouse production for preparation of coaching sessions when needed.

Fill in as a coach during DIY sessions or delivery team on an as needed basis after training.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must have a wide range of weekday availability (9 AM - 7PM).

Must have Saturday availability.

Ability to stand on feet for long periods. Also able to sit for extended periods.

Must be adaptable to working in an office and warehouse environment.

Must be able to use different technological programs and interfaces, also flexible to updates of systems.

Willing to complete quarterly reviews and training seminars.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or higher education preferred.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Friendly disposition and strong commitment to customer service.

Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Capacity for semi flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the company.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to handle varying levels of stress.

Collaborates well with others and works well individually.

Navigates all circumstances with a positive attitude.

Prior sales experience is welcome, but not required.
