Position Summary:
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for establishing the overall technical strategy and service delivery to both our internal and external customers. In partnership with the CTO and IT Leadership, you will build and maintain a target state architecture that aligns with the business vision, goals, and strategies. As an Enterprise Architect, you will develop and maintain functional and secure architectures across the IT disciplines (network, security, systems, data governance, authentication, virtual, and cloud environments, support, DR, and BCP). This role will be key in cataloging, developing, coordinating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, initiatives, and capabilities, while continuously improving IT infrastructure and optimizing business operations for efficiency with an emphasis on knowledge sharing among partners.

What will you do:
Accountabilities
Project/Process Leadership Accountability (PLA)
Lead with clear direction, providing the necessary tools to delegate and elevate for growth and development of self and other teammates.
Enterprise Architecture
Consult with the department managers and vendors to research solutions that will support Bank needs.
Network, Systems and Solutions Deployment
Develop a plan for enhancing network performance monitoring and capacity with proactive alerting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in technology, or related field. Twelve or more years related experience in technology, including expertise to OS & Virtual Environment, Network LAN and WAN configuration, SDWAN, VLAN, and switching environments or equivalent combination of education and experience that would enable incumbent to meet accountabilities and required competencies of the position. Related network-related certification (CCNP, CCNA, CCDP, MCSE) preferred. VCP/VCAP and CISSP desired.
