Are you passionate about creating unforgettable shopping experiences? Do you have a knack for managing a diverse range of products while providing exceptional customer service? If so, we invite you to become a crucial part of our team as a Gift Shop Supervisor!

As aGift Shop Supervisor, you'll collaborate with the Gift Shop Manager, Inventory Specialist, and Display Manager to lead a team of enthusiastic sales associates. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Delight: Providing exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering queries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Merchandising Mastery: Assisting in visual merchandising efforts to create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and tell unique stories in store and online.
• Inventory Magic: Participating in inventory management, restocking, and maintaining optimal product levels to meet customer demand.
• Team Leadership: Supporting the Gift Shop Manager in training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to excel in customer engagement.
• Operational Excellence: Assisting in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized shop.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience, with exposure to team leadership or management.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual merchandising.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Available shifts during when Fireside Gift Shops are open for guests:

• Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Additional hours available Monday through Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for special projects, merchandising and display updates.
