The Firehouse Eau Claire is hiring Bar Security/Cleaner.

This person will report to the Manager on Duty and will respond and handle guest and security issues. The Security Agent will manage situations according to bar policies, procedures and regulations to ensure the security of the asset, guests and team members. Duties include but not limited to patrolling the bar to ensure guests and team members are safe and the bar is secure, answer in house calls, assist team members and patrons as needed. Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations and ensure property follow up and communication. Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty. Additionally will support cleaning of the establishment and general upkeeping.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Diploma or GED, 21 years or older
• Prior security experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industry
• Professional communication skills
