The Final Touch Cabinets is Hiring a Cabinet Designer / Sales Consultant Near Vero Beach, FL

The Final Touch has been designing and creating quality custom cabinetry for over 20 years. We combine expert designers with the highest quality material and artisanship to provide our customers with beautiful yet functional spaces. We work with each client to create their one-of-a-kind custom cabinetry. Offering three tiers (good, better, and best) of cabinetry allows us to serve all customers and provides affordable options to fit any budget.

We are looking for a full-time experienced designer / sales consultant, but this position may also entail administrative, scheduling, and project management duties. Utilizing 2020 Design software, you will work with clients to conceptualize and design beautiful kitchen, bath and other spaces.

Required:

Minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen and bath design.
Ability to read drawings and written specifications.
Maintain a clean work area supporting shared workstation practices.
Ability to confirm customer selections compatibility with cabinet selections (deco panel / hood motor sizing, sinks etc..)
Proficiency with 2020 Design, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Quickbooks and other required software applications.
Expertise with estimating countertop, cabinetry, installation, and service calls.

Desired:

Project management duties include scheduling meetings, deliveries, installation and tracking order progress.
Proven track record in sales.
Working knowledge of the following:
- Ability to travel onsite to jobs to capture layout photos, framing measurements, and account for post drywall /flooring measurement differences.
- Methods for installing cabinetry (crown cleating/overlap/throw, install jigs, fillers, leveling cabinets, glass and other specialty items, counter templating, onsite modifications etc..)
- Corian, laminate, and formica countertop fabrication
- Cabinet construction details for inset, frameless, and full overlay box construction.

Job Type / Pay:

Part time or full-time M-F (8 hr shift)
$25-35 per hour
