The Fikes Companies is Hiring a Recruiting Specialist Near Temple, TX

The Fikes Companies is now hiring a Recruiting Specialist to join their team in Temple, Texas!

This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, and directly supports the staffing efforts of all CEFCO Convenience Stores. We assist our stores with contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, sending calendar invites, keeping records/logs of everyone we contact, and following up with applicants throughout the process. The Recruiter also acts as a point of contact for applicants – answering questions about the company, locations, the hiring process, or any other updates.

What are we looking for in a Recruiting Specialist?

  • 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Professional communication – both verbal and written
  • Proficiency working in a multitude of computer programs, including MS Office Suite

This position will be in-office (not a remote or hybrid position) at our headquarters in Temple, Texas. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. However, there could be days where it’s a little earlier or a little later … we’re here to support the needs of the business.
