Part-time Baker/Prep for Nordic pastries and baked goods.
We are seeking applicants to join our growing bakery! Bonus available at 3 months!
At The Fika Table, we make both traditional and new recipes from/inspired by the Nordic countries including Finland, Sweden, Iceland, and more. We are focused on baked goods traditionally served during Nordic coffee breaks (called ‘fika’ in Swedish). Our signature product is our Swedish Cardamom Bun, and we include new items on a rotating basis. We make all our items with integrity, quality, and seasonality in mind.
IMPORTANT: Applicants must be available to work Mondays and Thursdays 7am-3pm, and Saturdays 7am-11am. Holidays may require longer hours due to demand.
This position is part-time with opportunity for more hours as the bakery grows and during seasonal peak demand. The baker will be part of a small team, reporting to the Kitchen Manager.
Daily responsibilities will include mixing dough, prep, baking off fresh products, as well as packaging, prepping online pre-orders, prepping wholesale delivery orders, and cleaning.
Bread and pastry experience is ideal, but kitchen experience is a must. Ability to drive to our location and be punctual is a must. Must have reliable transportation to our kitchen in Wells Branch.

We offer $14/hr starting pay. After a 1-month trial period, the pay increases to $15/hr. After 3 months of employment with us, a $200 retention bonus is available. Goal-based incentives available quarterly. Sick pay included. Employee discounts available.
