Help us fulfill orders in our brand new warehouse in the heart of Livonia.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment in our distribution center. You will oversee packers that will be processing Shopify and Amazon orders.

Responsibilities:
- Perform inventory control activities, including receiving, counting, and organizing merchandise
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with Operations team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
