Purpose of the Position

Provide messenger and delivery services to FDNY, MTA and Banknote locations throughout 5 boroughs of New York City.

This is a Backup Floater position and is considered Part time. Hours can range between 20-40 hours per week.

Essential Functions:

• Sort mail by location.
• Deliver and pickup all mail and packages at the various division locations.
• Pickup and deliver department orders to all locations.
• Must be ready/on call to deliver packages outside of the division
• Responsible for all parking rules/EZ Pass and muni-meter app/phone provided.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have a valid NYS driver's license.
• Must have driving knowledge of all 5 boroughs.
• Must be cooperative and a team player
• Prior driving position preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.37 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
