Café Barista Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training, and supervising café staff.
- Preparing work schedules for all cafe staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
- Ensuring all café expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs with the purchasing manager.
- Receive delivered café supplies and verify that the correct items and quantities are delivered.
- Take inventory of café supplies and order new stock as needed.
- Suggest new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback.
- Current Member of The Father's House.
- Must work and serve in the Cafe on the weekends and special events when needed
- Ensure quality, train volunteers, build culture, serve guests, and just simply make things happen!
- Proven experience in the industry is a must.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
