Insurance Sales Producer
The Award Winning Farmers Insurance District 58 is looking to hire an Insurance Sales Producer. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a sales environment and focused on bringing in new clientele. Delivering the highest level of customer service to our demanding client base is required. This is a fantastic career opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a respected, professional insurance organization.
We sell property & casualty insurance to small and medium-sized businesses and their owners throughout Southern California. Motivated and disciplined individuals who have excellent organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies to identify and build the agency with new clientele
- Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Become familiar with products, services, and systems
- Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
Requirements:
- Current Property & Casualty and Life Insurance license or willing to obtain
- 1 year sales experience or client-facing background preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Chinese/Korean speaking) a plus
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, powerpoint, etc.)
- Work well with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Clean background
