```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve providing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of each child, and promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

```Responsibilities:```
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their safety at all times
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and personal hygiene tasks
- Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
- Follow established policies and procedures for the center or home-based childcare setting
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space

- Attend educational conferences, trainings or meetings when required

- Help prepare food as needed

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in preschool, childcare, or nannying preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- First aid and CPR certification is desirable
- Ability to provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and young children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

- Ability to work well with others

- Ability to work independently and cooperatively

- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood education is a plus

Childcare workers’ duties and hours of work may vary. Childcare workers often share basic tasks and work in teams. They spend long periods of time on their feet and often have to lift children and move equipment. Childcare workers are sometimes exposed to unsanitary conditions.
