Position Summary: The Intake Coordinator oversees service referrals to the Family Resource Center and schedules and completes the initial intake into services. They gather information about the family and create family records. In collaboration with Program Managers they assign service referrals accordingly. They also answer questions related to services and make referrals when necessary.
Intake Coordinator Responsibilities:
This position may be a hybrid position with a combination of remote work and in-office time. In-office time will not only include the person’s home office but also FRC satellite offices. Visits with families and referring partners may take place in the office or the community.
