The Fab Shop is a growing and experienced metal fabrication company. Our main focus is Fencing/Railing, Gates and custom products. We primarily services clients in Palm Berach and Broward County, but stray outside of that area once in a while. In addition to pre-purchased material, we fabricate our own products in Our 4000 SF warehouse located in Lake Worth. We have approximately 50 active jobs going on at any given time.

We are looking for a Project Manager that can see the job through from close of sales to final walk through with the client. Participate in Sales handoff meetings to understand the full scope of the job, work with key players to get the job started and keep it on track. Order and receive parts and materials, prepare job piles, then work with dispatcher to schedule the installation. Review the job details with the install crew, walk the site with them as needed, and sometimes meet with client after the project for customer satisfaction. Participate in weekly job coordination meetings and occasionally attend GC meetings.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a leader
• Knowledge of construction industry
• Technology Saavy (computer and smart phone)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Lake Worth, FL 33461: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
