I would really like to find someone with some experience in overlays, epoxy coatings and surface prep. Pay will vary with experience!! We are growing and building teams to run jobs on there own. All positions could turn into a crew lead position for the right person.

It’s a fast paced environment where your creative juices can truly flow. Must be able to lift and move 100 lbs through out the day. Most of our requires a real attention to detail as well as completing a variety of tasks from day to day.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the size of the project

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during installation

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
