The Epic Remedy

The Epic Remedy is a boutique marijuana dispensary, grow and laboratory. Featuring 25,000 square feet of premium cultivation space for a total of 4 state-of-the-art grow houses where our 40 medical strains grow, flower, dry, and cure. In 2017 we got our MIP license, which allowed us to begin manufacturing our own line of cannabis concentrates, extracts, and vape cartridges from our home-grown strains. These concentrates have since become award winning!

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the cannabis crops from planting to harvesting. Ensuring facilities are clean and pest-free. Preforming basic task such as plant maintenance, cleaning, etc Maintaining working knowledge of marijuana laws and comply accordingly.

Job Duties

• Ensure the health and quality of the plants
• Clone and transplant plants.
• Check existing crops for diseases and work with leadership to resolve any plant health issues such as mildew or mold.
• Monitor cannabis plant growth requirements
• Dispose of waste properly
• Inspect plant quality to ensure standards are being met
• Maintain proficient knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi
• Communicate with other team members
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments, as needed.
• Additional duties, as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• MUST possess a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division badge; Or be willing and qualified to obtain one.
• MUST be at least 21 years of age
• Experience with manually labor
• MUST possess an eye for detail.
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment. Preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis. Preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with staff
• Ability to work within a team and without.
• Ability to build relationships
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Physical Environment

The position performs indoors.

The position constantly requires gross motor skill abilities, moving about frequently using large muscle groups.

The position frequently requires to move items up to 50 lbs.

The position occasionally requires to move items up to 75 lbs.

The position frequently requires to perform in a stooping, kneeling, crouching or, crawling position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.75 per hour
