The Revenue Coordinator is responsible for extensive data entry, handling reservations inquiries over the phone and email in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner, reconciling reservations, adhering to the daily checklists of tasks and assisting the Director of Revenue and Revenue Analyst in revenue management related tasks according to Highgate Hotel standards.
