Job Description:
Always greets and welcomes guests promptly in a warm and friendly way.
Assist guests with table reservations and seating.
Managing and training junior servers and staff.
Good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
Serve food courses and beverages to guests.
Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
Record transaction/orders in Point of Sales systems at time of order. Process final bill and present to guest.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, China, glass, etc. throughout the shift.
Completes closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
Any other duties assigned by the manager.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
EXCELLENT GUEST SERVICE SKILLS
FAMILIAR WITH POINT OF SALE SYSTEM AND MS OFFICE.
1-3 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE/RESTAURANTS FRONT OF HOUSE.
