This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside in Kansas. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of Elevance Health's Kansas PulsePoint location. The LTSS Strategy & Program Development Director will be responsible for strengthening the Kansas business unit's growth and compliance through strategic partnerships, both internal and external. Acting as an identified State Contact, you will serve as the liaison between Health Plan and LTSS MSPP COE team, while demonstrating thought leadership across program strategies, proposals for change, and management of new requirements. How you will make an impact: Monitors related legislation and advises senior management relative to compliance. Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities. Assists in creating company's strategic and annual plans. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience: LTSS experience strongly preferred. Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry strongly preferred. MBA preferred.
