As a Regional Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity and operational success of our taqueria, pizza, and ramen restaurants across multiple locations in Colorado as well as future properties in other states. Your passion for food, creativity, and leadership will drive excellence in both kitchen operations and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Food Creation and Innovation:
• Develop and maintain a diverse menu that reflects the unique flavors of each cuisine (taqueria, pizza, and ramen).
• Collaborate with head chefs at individual locations to create seasonal specials, ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests.
• Source high-quality ingredients, emphasizing local and sustainable options whenever possible.
• Experiment with new recipes, techniques, and presentation styles to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Implement standardized recipes, portion control, and cost-effective practices.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and optimize kitchen workflow.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.
• Team Development and Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff across all locations.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect.
• Provide ongoing coaching to chefs, sous chefs, and line cooks, encouraging professional growth.
• Lead by example, demonstrating culinary expertise, work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with restaurant managers, ensuring alignment on menu changes, promotions, and operational goals.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events, seasonal menus, and food-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Culinary Expertise:
• Proven experience as an executive chef, head chef, or regional chef in a multi-cuisine restaurant group.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican, Italian, and Japanese cuisines.
• Ability to create innovative dishes while respecting culinary traditions.
• Leadership Skills:
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate kitchen staff.
