A small family-owned restaurant looking for long term relationships with responsible prep and lead cooks that have experience with breakfast food, eggs, omelets, pancakes, etc. Room for advancement to shift supervisor, kitchen manager, etc.
Job responsibilities include: prepping and cutting ingredients; preparing sandwiches and drinks; preparing containers for orders; taking orders and interacting with customers; washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces; opening and closing the shop, including preparing patio furniture and cleaning eating surfaces.

At least 1 year of kitchen experience preferred.
Current SNHD Food Handler's Card Required.
Skills should include: ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask; ability to perform and succeed in a high stress environment; ability to work with others; quick to learn; anticipating the needs of the chef; being proactive (i.e. cleaning, prepping, etc. between orders); knife skills; ability to use POS system; cooking skills preferred.
