DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENT

Who You Are:
The Director of Children's Development will support the growth of Children's MH and Outpatient Services. Director will be responsible for writing, developing, and procuring new and diverse opportunities. This person will have a background in leadership and will assist in building the infrastructure to support the ongoing development of these programs. Master’s degree in social work or related field required. Minimum of 5 years' experience working in Children’s Mental health or similar. License preferred. Must have knowledge of Massachusetts procurement website, COMMBUYS, and successful experience bidding on government contracts. Experience leading merger activity, including due diligence and integration management.
What You Will Do:
Actively research government issued RFR opportunities and foundations that align with the Center’s strategic plan initiatives to diversify and expand services in the Children’s Mental Health and Outpatient programs.
Write and prepare high quality proposals in response to RFR/RFQ/RFI as well as unsolicited opportunities that represent industry best practice standards.
Develop relationships with key funders in the industry to promote capture planning and understand key stakeholder priorities and values.
Support updating marketing materials that meet the needs of the organization and individual programs.
Engage and supervise interns, volunteers, and employees, as assigned, to support the business development efforts of the Center.
