Requirements:

• Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection deployment
• Experience with Cisco UCCX administration and call routing
• Experience with SIP trunk and troubleshooting
• Experience in maintaining complex local area networks (LANs) & Wide Area Networks (WANs).
• Experience in different flavors of Router, Core switches, switches, firewall and wireless technologies.
• Expertise with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, PaloAlto products
• Expertise in troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches, and firewalls.
• In depth knowledge on various protocols like BGP, IBGP, OSPF, IPv4 n IPv6
• Experience with supporting Enterprise level operational environments (alerting, troubleshooting, escalation, etc.)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Next Gen Firewall Features like URL, IPS, Malware and content filtering
• Knowledge of support and configuring endpoint security products like ISE, DuO, AMP, Umbrella
• Expertise with configuring VPN technologies, L2L, DMVPN, AnyConnect, Global Protect, Forti VPN etc
• Working knowledge of Wireless from Cisco, Aruba and Meraki Wireless

Existing Technologies to Support:

• Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Meraki, HP, Dell,
• Net Gen Firewall (FTD, SourceFire, Meraki MX, FortiGate, Palo and Prisma Access
• Cisco UC VoIP and Microsoft Teams
• Aruba and Cisco Wireless – on-prem and cloud

Certifications required:

• CCNP routing and switching or Security.
• CCIE is a plus in Security or Network

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience of 5 years.
