We're seeking compassionate and dedicated therapists who are passionate about creating lasting behavior change through Multisystemic Therapy (MST). As a therapist with us, you'll empower youth and families by implementing strength-based interventions that have a lasting impact long after treatment ends.

As an added incentive, we're offering an $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, along with the opportunity to receive up to $20,000 in loan repayment. Your work will focus on collaborating closely with families, youth, their communities, and other key support systems to address problematic behaviors and mental health concerns in adolescents aged 12-17.

MST involves intensive in-home and community-based interventions aimed at transforming family interactions, resolving peer and school-related issues, and enhancing social support networks. To qualify, you must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks. Candidates must be licensed in Iowa or soon to be licensed as a LMSW, LISW, tLMHC, LMHC, tLMFT, or LMFT. You should also be willing to participate in on-call rotations and work flexible hours to meet client needs in the Central Iowa Region.
