You would be joining a company that personalized treatment options for all patients to help with any issue relating to the head and neck, including facial plastic and reconstructive surgery options, hearing aid device dispensing, hearing and balance treatment, individualized allergy care, voice therapy, voice care and swallowing disorders.
The Physician Liaison’s primary responsibility is to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with physicians and targeted referral sources with the objective to drive incremental volume by promoting our clinical services and programs. Focus on developing new physician relationships, evaluate and measure physician satisfaction and recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops strategic relationships with community-based referring physician practices with the goal of volume growth and retention.
• Supports, implements, and helps develop strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve objectives set by our stakeholders.
• Coordinate strategy with third-party consultants to align marketing and branding to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives are met and within budget.
• Prepares monthly analysis of patient volume trends, marketing results and opportunities to expand referral base and quarterly presentations to CEO.
• Coordinates lunches, meet & greets, continuing medical education and/or other events for physicians.
• Hospital Relationships - Manage all partnerships with hospital liaisons.
• Coordinates with doctors, clinical, and operational functions to ensure sufficient communication and support for marketing and outreach activities.
• Visits referring physician offices with company information and promotional material to build effective referral relationships.
• Analyzes referral patterns and competitive landscape to create and execute an efficient canvassing strategy, using an existing database of targeted physicians.
• Coordinates and delivers professional presentations for in-services, videos, seminars, open houses, tours, and group meetings.
• Functions collaboratively with management, physicians, and staff to resolve issues, understand modalities and services, meet customer expectations, and increase referrals. Responsible for communications to and from referring offices, including conflict resolution, relationship building and compliance.
• All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
• 1 years of work-related experience
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; evenings & weekends when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze market conditions and trends
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
