Job Description

The DRIPBaR and Aesthetics of Aberdeen is currently seeking a highly energetic, passion filled and sales motivated individual.

POSITION:

The purpose of the Assistant Spa Manager is to grow our membership-based business and to be the face of our Med Spa. Fitness and health knowledge or background is preferred but not required. The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring a team of associates to achieve sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating a positive work environment. The Assistant Spa Manager will ensure Spa operations meet the standards of the company and drive profitable sales results.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

- Goal oriented with the ability to support and help drive sales and profitability by monitoring, analyzing, and controlling Spa operations

- Maintain Spa and visual standards while creating a welcoming, engaging environment

- Ability to learn and use the Zenoti, Meevo and ADP software systems

- Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Must have proficient computer and social media experience

- Monitor and develop strategies to increase Spa traffic and sales

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners

- Identify and resolve customer service issues

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and motivate associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals

- Follow up on digital leads to connect for appointments and membership opportunities

- Source, schedule and execute pop-up opportunities

- Assist the Owners with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close

- Book and confirm appointments

- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the Med Spa

- Present available services and promotions to current or prospective members

- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed appointments

- Track inventory and assist in purchasing of all supplies

- Participate in special events to promote the Med Spa

- Ensure Med Spa is clean and tidy

- Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

SALARY: $22-25 depending on Experience

SHIFT: Varies, every other weekend required (6hr Saturdays & 4hr Sundays)

WEEKLY DAY RANGE: Med Spa open Wednesday to Sunday

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of Managerial experience
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate store associates
  • Knowledge and experience with retail business operations and processes
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of POS systems and analytics

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
