Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Duties:
- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and balancing cash drawer
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of membership sales, health services, or wellness is beneficial
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
