YOUR LIFE AS A PLUMBING ESTIMATOR - SALES SPECIALIST

This estimation, sales, and customer service position has a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Additional hours may occasionally be necessary to wrap up the day's work. No weekend hours are required.

As a Plumbing Estimator - Sales Specialist, you play an important role in building customer relations and maximizing our revenue stream. Your goal is to help residential and commercial clients find the right solutions for their needs. With your years of industry experience, you can provide a thorough analysis of plumbing systems and produce accurate estimations. You're persuasive without being pushy, and with your knack for negotiating, you easily turn those estimations into deals.

However, your commitment to customer service doesn't end once the contract is signed. Friendly and helpful, you maintain contact with customers via calls and emails to establish rapport and ensure satisfaction. You proactively seek out customer feedback that you use to improve our processes. Organized and responsible, you coordinate with our technicians to expedite projects and ensure the job is completed as promised. You work closely with our field crew, providing guidance and training to help them achieve set performance goals.

Behind the scenes, you collaborate with the operations manager to implement procedures to streamline our workflow and increase productivity. You attend weekly meetings to discuss projects and strategize about how to connect with potential customers, meet objectives, and increase revenue. You enjoy helping technicians succeed in their careers, and you feel great about providing clients with the level of customer service they deserve!

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR PLUMBING ESTIMATOR - SALES SPECIALIST

• 2 years of experience in the plumbing industry
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
